Fabrics have been chosen!

These are the colors we've chosen for our furniture!  Read the captions carefully.  Tints are deceiving :)

Avocado - this is more green in reality.  This color depicts avocado that has been exposed to air for a few hours.  See the brighter green stripe in the photo below.  That's the color we're putting on the couch.

This fabric will be used in a starburst pattern on the round ends of the bolster pillows that are going to be made for the couch.  It has the avocado and the blade colors in it.

This is called Blade, and it should be greener too.  See the light green solid stripe in the picture above.  That is the color that will be used for the main section of the bolster pillows on the couch.

This is the cobalt blue for the chair.  This is pretty true to color.  Think of the color of the stone in my engagement ring and it's the same.

This fabric will be rolled on the diagonal for the welting on the chair.  You know, the little rolled fabric edging that hides the seams?  That's called welting :)

The piano continues its supination in the middle of the living room.  The couch and chair are slated for pickup this week.  They will be stripped at the upholsterers, then go to Armand for refurbishing of the wood and then back to the upholsterers, then home!  This process could take over a month :)
